2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for services will be provided before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, checks, and credit and debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure safe access to the property, including removing obstacles, securing pets, and addressing any hazards before service begins.

Please notify us in advance of any fragile surfaces, delicate materials, or special areas that require extra care.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care during service, Bonds Elite Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or wear to surfaces including siding, roofs, gutters, concrete, windows, frames, or screens.

We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions outside our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct the issue.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if safety concerns, property conditions, or other reasonable factors prevent us from performing the work safely or effectively.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
